Appointment of an Employee Agent for the Benians Pavilion Development Summary The proposed development at Benians Pavilion involves alterations and extensions to the existing building, delivering improved accommodation for clubs, modernised changing facilities, and alterations to the associated parking and playground areas. This is a multi stakeholder, multi phase construction project requiring strong coordination, efficient communication, and reliable access to accurate information. To support these needs, the organisation seeks to appoint a specialist Employee Agent capable of providing an efficient service that enhances project delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. The Benians Pavilion development requires a modern, coordinated approach to project information management and stakeholder communication. Appointing an Employee Agent Supplier will provide the organisation with a tool that enhances project delivery, supports compliance, and ensures long term operational value.
