Out of Area (OOA) income (estimated at c.£350,000 per annum) is excluded from this value, as it is non-guaranteed, activity-dependent income and not funded through the Swindon Public Health Grant. OOA income, in line with national sexual health cross-charging guidance, will be retained by the provider and mandatorily reinvested to support the delivery of the commissioned service. The exclusion of estimated OOA income does not represent a reduction in the anticipated overall value of service income available to the provider; rather, it reflects the separation of guaranteed commissioner funding from non-guaranteed activity-based income.

The quantity of waste Wigan Council expects to be removed is estimated to be in the region of 18,000 tonnes. This is estimated following a LiDAR survey which calculated the volume of waste as 23,086 metres cubed. The urgent need is to clear an illegal waste site that presents an unacceptable risk to public health, environmental harm and outbreak of fire. The fire damaged section of the property forming the focus of this project consists of the split level northern wing containing 2 holiday cottages, Yew Tree Cottage and Horseshoe Cottage, and 2 workers flats, numbers 3 and 6 which in total provided 8 no. bedrooms. The Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is jointly owned by Cornwall Council (CC) and Plymouth City Council (PCC). PCC are the insurance policyholders for the Park and remain the beneficiaries for any sums paid out under the insurance claim. An agreement between PCC and CC is that CC will progress the refurbishment works

Kent County Council, on behalf of the Kent and Medway Suicide Prevention Programme and in partnership with the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, is seeking market engagement to inform the future procurement of a Specialist Bereavement Support Service for people affected by suicide across Kent and Medway. The service will provide timely, accessible and trauma-informed emotional and practical support to individuals impacted by suicide, including family members, friends, colleagues, witnesses and professionals. The future provider will be expected to deliver a flexible countywide service through a combination of face-to-face, telephone and virtual support, working closely with health, community and voluntary sector partners. The planned introduction of longer train services to the Airport in response to future demand growth will mean that double stacking arrangements of trains as currently used will no longer be viable. Through the project's Delivery Steering Group, Northern and TransPennine Express have carried out analysis which has identified that additional platform capacity is needed at the airport in order to realise the full benefit of longer train services serving the airport. The scheme is part of a package of proposed measures in the Manchester area that are being designed/planned to boost capacity and resilience, emanating from the Cross Manchester Capacity and Reliability Improvement Study. Improving the operation of train services in the centre of Manchester and providing further capacity at Manchester Airport station, aligns with the strategic aims of Network Rail, TfGM, TfN and the wider industry. This project in in Tranche 1 of the Manchester and North West Transformation Programme (MNTP): A remodelling of the station at Manchester Airport, specifically a platform addition or extension of multiple platforms, or provision of a new turnback facility, will be essential to accommodate the planned implementation of longer rolling stock services. The redevelopment of these platforms will enable permissive working of two 6x24m (144m) trains, in two of the four platforms at the Airport Station. This will allow for the unaltered retention of all existing TOC services both originating and terminating at the Airport Station under 'double-stacking' conditions. The scope areas for this package are as follows: - Track renewals and modifications. - Plain line track installation. - S&C installation and modifications (where applicable). - Ballast excavation, placement and regulation. - Stressing, welding and rail adjustments. - Tamping and dynamic track stabilisation. - Possession planning and delivery support. - Associated rail plant and labour resources. - Testing, handback and assurance documentation.

Nature Towns and Cities, launched in 2025, was designed to support transformative change in up to 100 towns and cities. These 7 places form the Nature Towns and Cities pioneer cohort continue to receive support from the programme while also supporting and mentoring new participants. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure Work Focused Activities for Jobcentre Plus Districts in England, Scotland and Wales via the previous DWP eProcurement Solution (ePS). DWP has now migrated to a new ePS, Atamis and DWP are therefore reissuing this notice via the Atamis portal.
