Sexual health needs in the East Riding are shaped by a combination of demographic, geographic, and health inequality factors. Sexual ill health is closely linked with deprivation, rurality, and limited access to services, contributing to avoidable harm and poorer outcomes for specific population groups. In the East Riding sexually transmitted infections, unplanned pregnancies, and associated complications continue to present a significant impact on individuals and the wider health systemThe Service will support delivery against the three nationally mandated Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF) indicators relevant to sexual health: · Under 18 conceptions (PHOF 2.04) · Chlamydia detection among 15-24 year olds (PHOF 3.02) · People presenting with HIV at a late stage of infection (PHOF 3.04) In addition to these national indicators, the Service will deliver a range of outcomes that improve sexual and reproductive health for the East Riding population, with a specific focus on reducing inequalities and addressing local patterns of need

The development of a specialist all age mental health response via 111 is a key ambition of the NHS England Long Term Plan (2021-2024), and the recovery plan for urgent and emergency care priority for 2023/24. This required all calls for support during mental health crisis to be made via 111 by the end of March 2024 and is referred to as 111-2. Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) currently deliver this service in partnership with a system partner. AWP is seeking a provider to deliver an integrated model for the NHS 111 Mental Health Crisis Response Service (111 Option 2) for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis across both adult (18 years and over) and children and young people (under 18 years) pathways. The appointed provider will be solely responsible for the delivery of the call handling element of the 111 Option 2 pathway, including access, triage and call management. AWP will retain responsibility for all clinical assessment activity and associated clinical decision-making and outcomes. The provider must be able to operate within a matrix management model, whereby all partners maintain responsibility for their own governance arrangements, professional standards and areas of specialist expertise, while working collaboratively at both strategic and operational leadership levels to deliver a seamless, integrated and high-quality service. The procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and has been structured to secure high-quality, resilient and sustainable pharmaceutical services that support patient care, medicines optimisation, medicines safety and service delivery across a diverse community healthcare environment. Lot 2 - Clinical Pharmacy Support Services The successful provider will deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service supporting Community Hospitals, Urgent Treatment Centres, Butterfly Hospice, Sexual Health Services and HIV Services. Services will include medicines reconciliation, medicines optimisation, clinical pharmacy review, multidisciplinary team support, prescribing support, medicines governance, audit, education and training, patient counselling, specialist HIV pharmacy support and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Providers will be expected to deploy an appropriately skilled workforce comprising pharmacists, independent prescribers and pharmacy technicians capable of delivering consistent and high-quality pharmaceutical care across multiple sites.

DoLS Mental Health Assessment. This is not a call for competition, this is to express interest in this opportunity. Kent County Council (KCC) are anticipating procuring a DoLS Mental Health Assessment with the tender anticipated to launch in November 2026; Kent County Council does not guarantee this. The opportunity that launches will seek a supplier, working in conjunction with Kent DoLS Service, to arrange and complete these assessments, through the delivery of a Mental Health Assessment Service. The assessments must be undertaken by Section 12 doctors, who are also full members of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and/or on the GMC Specialist Register as a specialist in psychiatry; and, where appropriate, those assessors must complete recommendations under the Mental Capacity Act.
