We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and accredited Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), Self-Lay Providers (SLPs), and multi-utility contractors to deliver contestable utility connection works across several active construction sites in London. Please note that the estimated contract value shown is based on a per site average. The works encompass the design, procurement, excavation, installation, testing, and commissioning of primary utility infrastructure for: - Power (HV/LV distribution and substation connections) - Water (Main tapping, metering, chlorination, and adoption prep) - Telecommunications (Ducting, chambers, and fibre integration) SCOPE OF WORKS BY UTILITY a) Power Infrastructure: - Installation of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) cables. - Substation base construction, transformer positioning, and jointing. - Delivery of contestable works under UK Power Networks (UKPN) adoption standards. b) Water Infrastructure: - Main connections, boundary box installations, and site distribution pipework. - Pressure testing, chlorination, and water sampling under Thames Water / Affinity Water standards. c) Telecoms & Communications: - Installation of Openreach / Virgin Media / Altnets compliant ducting and footway chambers. - Cable pulling, lead-in installation, and box terminations. LONDON OPERATIONAL CONSTRAINTS & SITE CONDITIONS Contracts will take place in high-density urban environments. Bidders must demonstrate proven capability in managing: - NRSWA Compliance & Highway Authorities: Securing Section 50/171 licenses, managing Traffic Management (TM) schemes, and adhering to London Borough / TfL permit systems. - Sub-surface Utilities: Operating in congested underground service environments utilizing PAS 128 (Type B/A) utility mapping and GPR scanning prior to excavation. - Low Emission Requirements: Compliance with London's NRMM (Non-Road Mobile Machinery) emissions standards and FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Silver/Gold for site deliveries. CONTRACTUAL STRUCTURE We reserve the right to award this scope as a single multi-utility package or split the requirements into trade-specific lots (Water, Power, Telecoms) depending on response quality.

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Client), is seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver painting and decorating works under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The Contract will also be made available to VIA East Midlands Ltd (Participating Organisation). The scope of works will include the provision of painting and decorating services across a varied portfolio of operational and commercial properties across the operational estate that manages on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and other customers. Works will be undertaken at sites located across Nottinghamshire (main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The contract is expected to commence in February 2027 for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to two additional periods of two years each, up to a maximum potential end date in 2033 (2+2+2 = 6 years). The estimated total value of the contract over its full potential duration is approximately £780,000 (inclusive of VAT). This only an estimate and the award will be based on the outcome of the tender process. Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the following: The works briefly comprise the re-covering of felt flat roof coverings to two storey flat blocks at various locations within the Colchester District. The works will require stripping up and replacement of roof decks to some locations and overlaying to others. To all locations the installation of a designed, tapered insulation system will be required. Where roof deck replacement is required, full temporary roof protection (tin hat) will be required. The blocks have existing photovoltaic panels installed, these are to be removed and reinstated by the Contractor or by specialist named subcontractors whose works are to be managed by the principal contractor. Procure Plus Ltd (PP) is a social housing regeneration consortium. PP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties. Procure Plus is working with Local Energy Hub North West in establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for domestic retrofit programme delivery. The DPS is for contracting authorities and public sector organisations to contract retrofit advice, assessment and installation of measures for low-income households. A number of call-offs under the DPS will be financed via Green Home Grant LAD Phase 2 Funding.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will seek proposals for specific research and development (R&D) projects to improve recovery efficiency from unconventional oil and natural gas reservoirs and to advance technologies for the treatment of flowback and produced water from oil and natural gas production operations. Despite increasing energy for demand, recovery efficiency for oil and natural gas from unconventional reservoirs can average less than 10 percent. This NOFO will enable rapid field deployment of a variety of novel technologies and processes related to improving primary and enhanced recovery with the goal of significantly improving resource recovery and accelerating industry uptake. This NOFO will also support the field testing and validation of water treatment technologies of produced water from oil and natural gas production operations to avoid deep well injection and potential issues with induced seismicity and interaction with underground sources of drinking water.

Expected Outcome: Proposals submitted to this call are expected to address several of the following elements: • Scaling of wafer-level photonic processes for key materials (e.g. SiN, InP, GaAs),including process integration, yield optimisation, and manufacturability at highvolumes. • Development of packaging and test solutions that are scalable, automated, andcompatible with co-packaged optics and advanced photonic-electronic integration. • Integration of heterogeneous materials and components, such as on-chip lasers,modulators, and detectors, using advanced packaging and assembly approaches. • Design-process-equipment co-optimisation, enabling repeatable, cost-effectiveproduction of complex photonic circuits and systems, including use of PDKs andvalidated building blocks. • Demonstration of system-level functionality through application-relevant use casesin strategic sectors (e.g. AI, sensing, telecommunication, mobility, health, defence),with quantified performance metrics and clear market relevance.
