Due to the ongoing growth and development of the Open Banking market, Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for Open Banking Services for use by Central Government and the Wider Public Sector. The Agreement will be a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will be called RM6301: Open Banking DPS (Data, Digital Payments and Confirmation of Payee Services). This agreement will provide a vehicle for Central Government and the Public Sector to source Open Banking Services, including but not limited to: Digital Payment Services Account Information Services Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Services This will be the first agreement for Open Banking Services CCS has developed. We intend to launch for supplier onboarding from late July with the DPS anticipated to go live for use in the Autumn. Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Integrated Sexual Health Services. The Contract Notice invites offers under the Competitive Process of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations. Swindon Borough Council has a statutory duty to commission open-access sexual and reproductive health services. This will be a single-lot model delivering clinical services, digital access, postal testing, Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) in GPs, outreach and prevention. This model is the preferred option following a structured Preliminary Market Engagement exercise and reflects the shift toward digital-first, outcomes-based, prevention-focused sexual health systems. The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 9 years. The guaranteed contract value is £13.1m across the initial 5-year contract term and £23.58m across the potential total 9-year contract term. For transparency, this value is presented differently to the indicative value used during Preliminary Market Engagement (PME), where estimated Out of Area (OOA) income was included within the total contract value. Out of Area (OOA) income (estimated at c.£350,000 per annum) is excluded from this value, as it is non-guaranteed, activity-dependent income and not funded through the Swindon Public Health Grant. OOA income, in line with national sexual health cross-charging guidance, will be retained by the provider and mandatorily reinvested to support the delivery of the commissioned service. The exclusion of estimated OOA income does not represent a reduction in the anticipated overall value of service income available to the provider; rather, it reflects the separation of guaranteed commissioner funding from non-guaranteed activity-based income.

NHS Essex Integrated Care Board is undertaking a Competitive Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the award of a General Medical Services (GMS) contract for Tollgate Practice, Stanway, Colchester. The Authority seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver primary medical services to a registered patient population of approximately 10,206 patients. The U.S. Wildland Fire Service Joint Fire Science Program (JFSP) is seeking proposals from current master and doctoral students enrolled at colleges or universities within the US in the field of wildland fire and related physical, biological, and social sciences to apply for a Fire Leaders And Managers, Emerging Scientists (FLAMES) award.  The purpose of a FLAMES award is to enhance student exposure to the management and policy relevance of their research, to provide opportunities for experiential learning and exposure to fire management practices, and to foster peer-learning, mentorship and career development. Successful applicants will be expected to meet the following program requirements during the project period: 1.     Complete a research project that supplements the student’s current thesis or dissertation research plan. 2.     Gain practical experience and exposure to wildland fire practitioners, through participation in prescribed fire, wildfire, or other activity related to fire management (management activities relevant to the student’s area of expertise). 3.     Attend regularly scheduled JFSP-organized virtual meetings designed to build a student cohort, share information, and introduce students to training and engagement opportunities. 4.     Participate in at least one in-person event to exchange science with practitioners (i.e., workshop, training, field tour) and develop at least one management-relevant product (e.g., webinar, factsheet) that describes the management relevance of their research.
