Open Banking (Data, Digital Payments & Confirmation of Payee Services) DPS

A tender opportunity is offered by Creative Sector Services CIC (trading as Creative United), for the provision of consumer credit services for the Take it away Scheme (the Scheme) commencing 1 November 2026 for a period of 18 months, with provision for Creative United to extend the contract for two (2) further twelve (12) month periods (subject to performance review in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract) up to a maximum of forty-two(42) months in total. The Take it away Scheme is a publicly funded initiative designed to make it more affordable for people to get involved in learning and playing music by providing interest free loans of between £100 and £25,000 for the purchase of musical instruments, equipment, software any other associated goods or services they may need (such as a block of tuition) in order to get started or further develop their music practice. Creative United's objective is to use the Take it away scheme to support creative livelihoods by providing affordable access to musical instruments to people of all ages and abilities across the UK, working in partnership with musical instrument retailers and other organisations across the music sector. The Scheme is open to all qualifying UK residents over the age of 18 (subject to status) and made available via a network of approved musical instrument retailers in England. A variation of the scheme in partnership with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland is available exclusively to Northern Ireland Residents over the age of 18. The awarded contract would cover the provision of the Scheme through the network of retailers in England and in Northern Ireland. The opportunity may also exist during the term of the awarded contract for the Scheme to be extended to include a network of retailers in Wales and/or Scotland subject to the agreement and financial support of their respective Arts Councils (or other funders) in due course. For the avoidance of doubt the inclusion of Scotland and Wales is not guaranteed but is included as a potential enlargement of the Scheme for the purposes of this procurement, subject to the caveat above. Under our current funding agreement with ACE, our priority is to support customers that fall into one or more of the following target categories: - Customers earning below the median UK wage of £34,000 - Customers living in areas of low participation in the arts (as reported by the Department for Culture Media and Sport, and the Office of National Statistics - Customers purchasing a musical instrument for the first time - Customers that identify as disabled (or purchasing on behalf of a disabled person) To apply: You should complete and return a copy of our attached Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) by 17 July 2026. Provision of student personal possessions insurance for residents across the University of Leeds accommodation portfolio (approximately 8,000 bed spaces), including properties for married and international students. The policy must provide a standard level of cover with optional enhanced cover available for individual purchase. The provider must accommodate portfolio changes over the contract term and may offer options to mitigate the University's liability for losses such as damage and voids.

CONTEXT Nature Towns and Cities is a growing coalition, united by a shared mission to create greener, healthier and more resilient towns, cities and neighbourhoods and for millions more people to have access to nature close to home, no matter where they live. THE COMMISSION As part of this programme, we are developing a group learning offer for programme participants - primarily local authority practitioners, but also place-based partnerships of NGOs, community organisations and others. The group leaning should help them to unlock new funding and finance for urban nature - benefitting people, place and nature. We are looking for an external consultant, or consortium to develop and deliver a group learning course on funding and finance for urban nature, including but not limited to repayable investment and developing new funding models. BUDGET We have a maximum of £20,000 (inc. VAT) for this work. The Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) grant is available into financial year (FY) 2025/26 with price cap of £50,000, with grant rates up to £2,500 for an eligible vehicle. The recent price cap increase to £50,000 will bring more vehicles into scope, widening customer choice and removing barriers for disabled passengers by ensuring they can get around more easily and with peace of mind.

Modification 000003: The purpose of this modification is to revise NOFO Part 1. Section I.A.1 is revised to correct the Topic Area 1b cost share to 20% and Section IV.C.2 is revised to delete the Environmental Considerations Summary and Environmental Impact Volume from the Summary of Application Requirements table. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will seek proposals for specific research and development (R&D) projects to improve recovery efficiency from unconventional oil and natural gas reservoirs and to advance technologies for the treatment of flowback and produced water from oil and natural gas production operations. Despite increasing energy for demand, recovery efficiency for oil and natural gas from unconventional reservoirs can average less than 10 percent. This NOFO will enable rapid field deployment of a variety of novel technologies and processes related to improving primary and enhanced recovery with the goal of significantly improving resource recovery and accelerating industry uptake. This NOFO will also support the field testing and validation of water treatment technologies of produced water from oil and natural gas production operations to avoid deep well injection and potential issues with induced seismicity and interaction with underground sources of drinking water.

Expected Outcome: the proposals under this call are expected to address one or more of the following subjects : • Enhanced personalized monitoring, care and treatments, focusing on the development of highly customized healthcare solutions, including the required research and diagnostic tools, tailored to individual needs, covering various scenarios such as chronic disease management, physiotherapy, precision diagnosis, personalized medicine/treatment, pre- and postoperative care, and daily assistance in homes and common spaces. It also targets effective management of chronic diseases and elderly care through personalized monitoring and interventions facilitated by advanced sensor technologies and edge-to-cloud solutions. This includes the development and integration of solutions for Hospitalization at Home, enabling patients to receive complex, remotely supervised care using intelligent medical devices capable of sensing, analysing, and transmitting real-time data.
