Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB) JV is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties for As- Built Drawing preparation Services to support the delivery of the C23 project, which forms part of the HS2 Main Works Civils Contracts. The C23 project consists of three delivery areas; North Chilterns to Aylesbury (NC2A), Calvert to Greatworth (C2G), and Greatworth to Southam (G2S). The Consultant will be responsible for producing and maintaining design models, drawings and asset information that can ultimately be reflected in as-built records, including earthworks models, setting-out information, geotechnical models and design deliverables suitable for construction and handover. The requirements also state that design deliverables required for railway operation and use, including as-built files, are the Consultant's responsibility to produce, while the Employer retains responsibility for their use and liaison. Additionally, geotechnical ground models may need to be updated during construction using as-revealed and As-Built geological information to support accurate records of the completed works. Construction assurance activities further require the Consultant to verify and certify that constructed assets comply with the approved design, providing assurance that the completed asset records accurately reflect what has been built.

The UK Government's Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers or consortia to deliver technical assistance to the Government of Cameroon. Cameroon, situated within the Congo Basin and home to significant forest carbon resources, is seeking to strengthen its readiness to participate in high-integrity international carbon markets, including Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), and voluntary carbon markets. While the country has considerable potential to generate climate finance through carbon markets and support implementation of its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), key legal, institutional, and operational gaps continue to constrain effective participation. This assignment will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building to support the Government of Cameroon in establishing the governance frameworks, institutional arrangements, and regulatory systems required to operationalise carbon market participation. Working closely with relevant government institutions, including the Ministry of Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development (MINEPDED), the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife (MINFOF), the Ministry of Finance (MINFI), and other key stakeholders, the project will strengthen carbon market governance, Article 6 implementation readiness, project approval systems, and institutional coordination mechanisms. Key outputs are expected to include a comprehensive carbon market readiness assessment, a carbon market governance framework defining the roles and responsibilities of key institutions, operational procedures for Article 6 participation and Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs), a national carbon project approval system, and a structured capacity-building programme for government counterparts. The project will also support the integration of gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) considerations, safeguarding measures, and benefit-sharing approaches within carbon market governance arrangements. This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Program. This opportunity supports states and units of local government, including tribal governments that perform law enforcement functions, in creating and expanding efforts to protect the safety and security of federal judges by preventing the release of covered information about at-risk individuals and their immediate family members to ensure federal judges are able to administer justice fairly without fear of personal reprisal from individuals affected by the decisions they make in the course of carrying out their public duties. Many federal judges' personal information resides in state and local government records, databases, and registries that are publicly accessible and searchable and outside federal control. Grants to state and local entities support federal-state-local partnerships to protect federal judicial officers and their families. Funds awarded under this grant program must be used exclusively for protecting federal judges and their immediate family members as defined in statute. Applicants that have existing judicial protection programs should clearly delineate how grant funds will be used solely for federal judges and describe cost allocation methodologies to ensure appropriate separation of expenses. Expenses that also benefit other judges are acceptable, provided that any costs specific to state, local, or tribal judges are separately tracked and are not charged to this grant.

The American Institute in Taiwan Public Diplomacy Section announces an open competition for one cooperative agreement to support the implementation of four Global Cooperation and Training Framework Classic workshops in Taiwan during calendar year 2027. The GCTF is a capacity building platform that brings together government officials, industry experts, academics, and civil society representatives to exchange practical experience and promote professional cooperation on emerging regional and global challenges. Workshop topics will be jointly identified by GCTF partners and may address resilience, emerging technologies, economic security, trusted supply chains, democratic governance, and other shared priorities. This funding opportunity aims to support high risk clinical trials for the development of in vivo high-resolution structural and functional imaging technologies for the living human inner ear. Proposed projects should focus on improving the resolution of current imaging techniques or developing new imaging techniques that can visualize inner ear structures in vivo with significantly greater detail and accuracy than currently possible. Structural and functional aspects, including visualizing dynamic elements, are important to developing new and improved techniques. Projects may also focus on developing new imaging probes or contrast agents that can enhance visualization of the inner ear structures. Research supported in response to this RFA is expected to significantly advance the ability to visualize auditory and vestibular components, such as hair cells, otoliths, membranes, ions, and vasculature, in detail in awake patients in a clinical setting using non-invasive techniques. To achieve this goal, a multidisciplinary team approach that takes advantage of the expertise of each team member is highly encouraged. Studies in humans must be proposed to develop,advance, or test the needed technology. Any intermediate studies must articulate a clear path of the proposed methodology to application in awake humans or define the limitations and the usefulness in anesthetized humans.
