The procurement covers the supply of specialist power measurement equipment designed to accurately measure and log power consumption from soldier-carried and operated systems. Thailand is currently undergoing a pivotal transition toward the adoption of International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) sustainability disclosure standards, with the goal of elevating its reporting framework to a globally recognised baseline. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as the primary regulator of Thailand's capital market, plays a central role in this process by setting disclosure requirements, supervising listed entities, and ensuring market readiness. Following its established roadmap, the SEC has adopted a phased approach requiring alignment with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, with mandatory disclosure beginning in 2027. This marks a significant milestone, expanding corporate reporting beyond traditional financial metrics to include sustainability-related risks and opportunities material to investors. However, the transition presents substantial supervisory and technical challenges, requiring strengthened internal expertise, enhanced review mechanisms, and robust enforcement processes aligned with international best practice. In response, the Thailand-UK PACT programme has engaged with the SEC to provide targeted technical assistance, building on ongoing collaboration to develop ISSB-aligned guidance and integrate disclosure requirements into the 56-1 One Report framework. The objective of the proposed expert deployment is to strengthen the SEC's regulatory capacity through the design and delivery of structured, regulator-focused training on ISSB-aligned disclosures. This includes developing comprehensive training modules on IFRS S1 and S2 requirements from a supervisory perspective, supported by practical exercises, case studies, and guidance on risk-based review approaches, assessment methodologies, and enforcement responses. The intervention will also reinforce good practices in internal processes, documentation, and coordination to ensure consistency and transparency in supervisory work. Complementing ongoing initiatives supporting corporate preparedness, this effort aims to equip the SEC with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively oversee ISSB implementation by 2027, ensuring coherent adoption across Thailand's reporting ecosystem and contributing to improved transparency, stronger non-financial reporting, and enhanced access to green and transition finance. The supplier should be capable of installation, maintenance and testing of the Council's current Christmas lights and equipment and also supply of new lights and equipment. The supplier should be capable of supply and installation of power supply cabinets, bollards, or any other form of power supply to allow for the improvement of the installation system over the contract period if it proves necessary. Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) invites applications for projects to expand, improve, or transform the utility of mammalian cancer and tumor models for translational research. With this NOFO, the NCI intends to encourage submission of projects devoted to demonstrating that mammalian models or their derivatives used for translational research are robust representations of human biology, are appropriate to test questions of clinical importance, and provide reliable information for patients' benefit. These practical goals contrast with the goals of many mechanistic, NCI-supported R01 projects that employ mammals, or develop and use mammalian cancer models, transplantation tumor models, or models derived from mammalian or human tissues or cells for hypothesis-testing, non-clinical research. Among many other possible endeavors, applicants in response to this FOA could propose demonstrations of how to overcome translational deficiencies of mammalian oncology models, define new uses of mammalian models or their genetics for unexplored translational challenges, advance standard practices for use of translational models, test approaches to validate and credential models, or challenge current practices for how models are used translationally

The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism solicits applications for an R01 Clinical Trial Optional mechanism focusing on alcohol health services. This NOFO will broadly focus on closing the treatment gap for individuals with alcohol use disorder (AUD); within this focus, there are five major areas of emphasis: (1) increasing access to treatment for AUD, (2) making treatment for AUD more appealing, (3) examining cost structures and insurance systems, (4) conducting studies on dissemination and implementation of existing evidence-based approaches to treating AUD, and (5) reducing health disparities as a means of addressing the treatment gap in AUD for health disparity populations.

This opportunity supports states and units of local government, including tribal governments that perform law enforcement functions, in creating and expanding efforts to protect the safety and security of federal judges by preventing the release of covered information about at-risk individuals and their immediate family members to ensure federal judges are able to administer justice fairly without fear of personal reprisal from individuals affected by the decisions they make in the course of carrying out their public duties. Many federal judges' personal information resides in state and local government records, databases, and registries that are publicly accessible and searchable and outside federal control. Grants to state and local entities support federal-state-local partnerships to protect federal judicial officers and their families. Funds awarded under this grant program must be used exclusively for protecting federal judges and their immediate family members as defined in statute. Applicants that have existing judicial protection programs should clearly delineate how grant funds will be used solely for federal judges and describe cost allocation methodologies to ensure appropriate separation of expenses. Expenses that also benefit other judges are acceptable, provided that any costs specific to state, local, or tribal judges are separately tracked and are not charged to this grant.
