The "Supporting Implementation of the Regional Economic Integration Framework (REIF) in the Great Lakes Region of Africa” project advances America's national interests by harnessing market-based, private sector-led growth in the area of Critical Minerals Investment in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, and Uganda. This program aims to improve governance and regulation to attract American business and counter corrupt and unfair practices that hamper economic growth in the region, disadvantage the competitive process, and handicap companies that adhere to rule of law. The project will accomplish these objectives by providing targeted technical and advisory support to relevant host nation institutions and individuals involved in the mining industries within the DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda.

ONDCP’s Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement supports training and technical assistance (TTA) to ensure access to evidence-based addiction treatment through drug courts, including when substance use disorder co-occurs with other mental healthconditions. ONDCP seeks to reduce drug use and its consequences through evidence-based treatment that leads to long-term recovery, and this cooperative agreement will support the President’s priorities by applying this to the criminal justice system. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to: (1) educate, train, and produce materials to improve the implementation of evidence-based treatment to individuals with addiction, including when substance use disorder co-occurs with other mental health conditions; (2)decrease criminal justice costs and recidivism rates; and (3) improve access to evidence-based addiction treatment that includes medications for opioid use disorder through drug courts. The cooperative agreement recipient shall:• Use expert practitioners in the science of addiction and evidence-based addiction treatment, as well as integration of treatment into the criminal justice system.• Use licensed behavioral health practitioners.• Provide in-person training, online training, and jurisdiction-specific technical assistanceto a wide range of geographically distributed areas—including rural locations—at thestate, local, and tribal levels.• Ensure close alignment of all TTA materials with the Trump Administration’s policy priorities, including the 2026 National Drug Control Strategy; an evidence-based approach to treating addiction--to include FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder--contingency management, and other evidence-based behavioral health modalities for other substance use disorders; naloxone distribution and naloxone training.• Designate and fund a research or academic organization to conduct an independent assessment of the effectiveness and impact of training and technical assistance conducted under this cooperative agreement. The independent study should involve data collectionfrom state, local, and tribal jurisdictions engaged in cooperative agreement recipient programming.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Body-Worn Camera Policy and Implementation Program (BWCPIP) to Support Law Enforcement Agencies. This opportunity supports publicly funded law enforcement and correctional agencies for the purchase or lease of body-worn cameras (BWCs) and the development of comprehensive BWC programs. Since its inception, BWCPIP has responded to growing demand for reliable, real-time video evidence in criminal investigations and prosecutions. Law enforcement agencies across the country increasingly rely on BWC footage to enhance evidentiary documentation, improve prosecutorial outcomes, and document public encounters. BWCs also serve as a deterrent to assaults against officers and can help exonerate officers falsely accused of misconduct.

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity is to invite proposals for funding to deliver technical assistance to small businesses. Only applications from the states of Indiana, Ohio, or Virginia that have experience in managing a state-wide, regional or nationwide cybersecurity training program will be considered for funding via this announcement. The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) is the component of the U.S. Department of Justice responsible for advancing the practice of community policing and the Administration’s priority of Making America Safe Again by supporting the nation’s state, local, territorial and Tribal law enforcement agencies through information and grant resources. The FY26 Collaborative Reform Initiative (CRI) program funding seeks to provide best practices of law enforcement agencies and the many ways they are protecting Americans, enhance officer safety and wellness, build agencies’ capacity for self-improvement and effectiveness, and promote community policing practices nationwide. This funding opportunity has two program subcategories of which applicants may apply for funding: Category 1: Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC). Since 2017, CRI-TAC has provided a wide array of TA services using a “by the field, for the field” approach. The CRI-TAC process is agency-driven and offers customizable, short-term technical assistance on more than 60 topics. Category 2: Collaborative Reform Initiative Critical Response. The Critical Response program is designed to provide targeted TA to law enforcement agencies experiencing high-profile events, major incidents, or sensitive issues of varying need. Critical Response is highly customizable and provides flexible assistance to law enforcement agencies in a variety of ways, including after-action reviews; peer-to-peer exchanges; targeted in-depth review, analysis, recommendations, and assessments; and facilitated discussions with subject matter experts. The purpose of this award is to carry out a project to strengthen Honduras’ ability to manage seized evidence in a secure, transparent, and standardized manner, reducing vulnerabilities that transnational criminal organizations exploit to evade prosecution and sustain illicit markets.

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement is to invite proposals for funding from Tribal Colleges and Universities, Tribal Serving Institutions, Community Colleges on or near Tribal Lands, and other Trade Schools on or near Tribal Lands interested in providing innovative hands-on, in-person manufacturing training and technical assistance through rapid reskilling of employees for 8(a) and HUBZone eligible small businesses , under the U.S. Small Business Administration's Empower to Grow Program (formerly known as 7(j) Management and Technical Assistance Program).

Proposed projects should focus on improving the resolution of current imaging techniques or developing new imaging techniques that can visualize inner ear structures in vivo with significantly greater detail and accuracy than currently possible. Both structural and functional aspects, including visualizing dynamic elements are important to development of new and improved techniques. Projects may also focus on developing new imaging probes or contrast agents that can enhance visualization of the inner ear structures. Ultimately, research supported in response to this RFA is to encourage technologies that allow, for example, structures such as hair cells, otoliths, membranes, ions, and vasculature to be viewed in detail in awake patients in a clinical setting using non-invasive techniques. To achieve this goal, a multi-disciplinary team approach that takes advantage of the expertise of each team member is highly encouraged. Studies in humans and intermediate studies in animals, but not non-mammalian species, may be proposed to develop or advance the needed technology. Any intermediate studies must articulate a clear path of the proposed methodology to application in awake humans or define the limitations and the usefulness in anesthetized humans.

The NIH Research Education Program (R25) supports research education activities in the mission areas of the NIH. The overarching goal of this NIDCD R25 program is to support educational activities that help recruit individuals with specific specialty or disciplinary backgrounds to research careers in biomedical, behavioral and clinical sciences.
