Expected Outcome: Project results are expected to contribute to all of the following expected outcomes: Project promoters, public authorities, and investors have a better understanding of the capital market demand and supply dynamics that underlie investments in projects fostering the transformation of neighbourhoods [1] in line with the New European Bauhaus (NEB). Increased investments towards NEB-aligned projects for the sustainable [1] and inclusive [1] transformation of neighbourhoods. Scope: Increased investment in projects for the transformation of neighbourhoods in line with the New European Bauhaus (NEB) may be hindered due to a discrepancy between the demand and supply of capital in terms of size, diversity, returns, and risk. Small-scale NEB-aligned projects typically encounter large, short-term oriented, and highly risk-averse investment funds, which seek investment opportunities able to absorb large amounts of funding, driven by present legislation [4] . Scope: This award aims to recognise sport activities implemented by organisations working with sport across generations and contributing to strengthen communities. It recognises organisations that have made a significant contribution to strengthening communities promoting inter-generational activities through sport, providing easier access to sport & physical activities for all generations and keeping in mind interests of future generations. This category celebrates initiatives that use sport to bring people of all ages together, fostering intergenerational connections, inclusion, and long-term community development. It highlights the power of sport in bridging generational gaps, fostering understanding, and creating stronger, more connected communities.

Expected Outcome: The general objective of the call is to further develop the social enterprise finance market by supporting the social finance intermediaries to provide the needed capital to social enterprises and mission-driven enterprises. In this direction, the call builds upon previous similar calls and aims above all to support social finance intermediaries who undertake long-term risk capital investments in social enterprises and mission-driven enterprises . Therefore, the key objective of the present call of proposals is to catalyse risk capital investments below EUR 1 000 000 that otherwise would not happen in the area of social enterprise finance. The call aims to support the transaction costs for these low value investment tickets and thus to help to overcome the identified market failure / mismatch in the social investment market . Scope: Topic scope: Promoting an enabling civic space (CERV-2026-CHAR-LITI-CIVIC) A thriving civic space requires an enabling legal, administrative and regulatory environment in which civil society organisations (CSOs) are supported and empowered, protected from threats, and able to operate freely. This call therefore aims to reinforce the conditions for such an environment by supporting actions that strengthen both the monitoring of civic space and the protection and resilience of CSOs and human rights defenders working to uphold EU values. Monitoring of civic space Projects should establish or enhance systematic and comprehensive monitoring systems to regularly assess the environment in which CSOs operate at national level. Scope: Topic scope: Raising awareness of and building capacity for the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (CERV-2026-CHAR-LITI-CHARTER) The Charter strategy underlines the importance of strengthening the application of the Charter through awareness raising and capacity building initiatives. Accordingly, projects under this priority are intended to raise the fundamental rights knowledge of relevant actors. While building on the central role of civil society organisations and human rights defenders, funded projects could involve national, regional and local authorities as partners (co-applicants), with the aim of supporting joint capacity building and awareness raising efforts. The projects funded under this priority should address the capacity building and awareness raising needs on the Charter.
