The procurement covers; Requirement Details Service and Maintenance tasks to support equipment annually Service and Maintenance tasks to support mini bench equipment bi-annually Accessories/Ancillaries relating to equipment The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. How to Apply Interested suppliers should register their interest by contacting Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of their product range, modification capabilities, and maintenance services. Further information on the onboarding process for the Unite Procurement Platform will be provided upon expression of interest and can also be found at the link attached. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Utilities) & IEP Depot Temp. / Permanent Road & Retaining Wall Scope of Works: Working in partnership with HS2, the BBVS Joint Venture is responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the HS2 Old Oak Common station in West London. The station is the London interchange station of the UK's second high-speed railway. It will be located on the site of the now demolished Old Oak Common Railway Depot, bounded by the Crossrail Depot to the north, the London Overground West London line to the east, the Intercity Express Programme Depot to the south and Old Oak Common Lane to the west. HS2, Great Western Main Line (GWML), Crossrail and Heathrow Express services will be served by the new Old Oak Common Station. HS2 Old Oak Common Station will provide a state-of-the-art gateway to London and the wider area, with efficient intermodal interchange with rail, taxi, cycle and pedestrian modes. Old Oak Common Lane highways package involves all the lowering, widening and realignment of the Old Oak Common Lane highway, inclusive of temporary / permanent access routes, removal of redundant utilities, installation of final utilities and civils works along Old Oak Common Lane and Wells House Road (incl. retaining walls). BBVS is seeking to contract under NEC3 Option A with a contractor to deliver Old Oak Common Lane highways package of works that includes the following elements in summary: i. IEP Depot temporary & permanent access route (incl. retaining wall construction / realignment) ii. Old Oak Common Lane highway lowering, widening & realignment (incl. street furniture, lighting and signage) iii. Removal of all redundant utilities within the highway iv. Installation of final utilities and telecoms including but not limited to clean water, foul sewer, storm sewer, non-contestable telecoms and UKPN works v. Old Oak Common Lane / Wells House Road civil engineering works including but not limited to new retaining walls and remediation of existing retaining walls The scope of the subcontract includes but not limited to: A. The provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant and Materials (temporary or permanent) to deliver RIBA 5 Design, mock-ups, temporary works, fabrication, installation, and certification of the associated works B. The Subcontractor will need to demonstrate that they have the capabilities and resources to deliver the size and nature of this project in a rail environment. C. The Subcontractor will be required to produce & submit 2D/3D designs in native dgn files, working on projectwise and other software platforms. D. The Subcontractor will be required to liaise with organisations such as Transport for London, Crossrail Depot, Network Rail and Thames Water and other project stakeholders.
