Phase 3 will deliver a new court sports hall, changing facilities, social and gym spaces and teaching spaces on both the ground and first floor including associated external works and drainage. Phase 3 - The proposal is for a two-storey Concrete/ Steel frame. The facility will deliver a four-court sports hall and associated changing rooms.
