The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced external partner (the Partner) to deliver a Get Work Ready Programme on behalf of NMD LMP. The Partner will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the Newry, Mourne and Down Labour Market Partnership (NMD LMP) Get Work Ready programme across the entire Council area. Kensington and Chelsea's Adult Learning Service is seeking organisations who deliver adult and family learning to join the Pseudo-Framework (5-year framework) for the remaining period until 31 July 2028. The Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence (RISE) initiative is a programme by the DfE that is central to the goal of raising standards for all children in all schools across the country. The School-based Nursery (SBN) Capital Grant 2027 to 2030 (phase 3) is a local authority-led delivery model.
