This process is a re-tender of the current Building Cleaning Services Framework let by CPC and expiring in May 2027. CPC intends to put in place an Open Framework for the appointment of building cleaning suppliers who specialise in cleaning services, across education and also the wider public sector. The purpose of this Framework is to give CPC members a compliant route to market. The collective spending power of Members utilising CPC frameworks is harnessed to drive down costs, which often allows for savings delivery which our membership otherwise would be unable to achieve individually. England Woodland Creation Offer (EWCO) supports the establishment of new woodlands and is administered by the Forestry Commission. The ‘Find a grant’ tool requires a ‘closing date’ to be specified – 31 March 2030 reflects the period EWCO funding is currently confirmed until, rather than a known closure date. EWCO is funded through the Defra Trees Programme.

The Woodland Creation Planning Grant (WCPG) offers funding of up to £30,500 for the production of a UKFS-compliant woodland creation design plan. Landowners, land managers and public bodies can apply. WCPG is open for applications year-round.
