The anticipated scope for DNWP0073 is indicatively only. The Contractor requires support to the Inside Controlled Area (In-SEP) Decommissioning Operations. This will take the form of the provision of resource, up to 30 Full Time Equivalent (FTE), with an appropriate ratio of blue:white collar resources to be determined by the Subcontractor to best meet the Initial Decommissioning (ID) activities required by the Contractor. A current contract is in place until 31st March 2027 to prove the concept and develop an initial operating capability. This EOI relates to the longer-term works anticipated to commence thereafter, with an estimated duration of 24 months. The tasks undertaken will be broad and varied, and will be located in existing In-SEP and any future In-SEP buildings. Broadly, the Subcontractor will be required to provide Operational Support to the ID capability, build upon the previously developed ID capability, drive future improvements and assist in building scope of ID workload. Specific work and details will be decided by the ID In-SEP, Delivery Board and locally on plant at Plant Operations Control Centres (POCCs). Initial works will include waste removal, waste packaging and despatch and size reduction. Deplanting, involving the removal, lifting, size reduction and transport of redundant plant will also be required. Works will grow and develop in complexity as the capability matures, subject to providing ongoing Value for Money. (VFM) Tasks which meet the definition of 'Construction' (CDM 2015 Part 1 Regulation 2) should now be anticipated and appropriate management and supervision arrangements incorporated. This Contract Opporutnity represents a long-term commitment by the Contractor to further develop the Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) workforce of the Subcontractor to undertake works in uniquely hazardous facilities requiring prior knowledge and experience. The Subcontractor will be responsible for the design of all temporary works, this is anticipated to primarily be access/scaffolding but may also include design of lifting plans. The Subcontractor will ensure a safe sequence is adhered to for all activities. This may require the use of Contractor's structural/mechanical engineer on an ad-hoc basis. The Subcontractor shall integrate and co-ordinate its design with the following design of the Contractor and Others. The Subcontractor shall submit all temporary works plans to the Project Manager for acceptance prior to erection. The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate level of checking and approval for their designs. The primary objective of the project is to re-establish the commercial operations of the fire damaged parts of the Barrow Centre whilst giving due consideration to its surroundings, heritage and constraints. The Barrow Centre comprises the historic service yard and associated buildings for the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, now utilised as a visitors centre for the modern park and gardens. The central U-shaped stable block consists of a two and three storey mixed-use building containing a cafe, shops, workers flats and 2 holiday lets. The fire damaged section of the property forming the focus of this project consists of the split level northern wing containing 2 holiday cottages, Yew Tree Cottage and Horseshoe Cottage, and 2 workers flats, numbers 3 and 6 which in total provided 8 no. bedrooms. The Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is jointly owned by Cornwall Council (CC) and Plymouth City Council (PCC). PCC are the insurance policyholders for the Park and remain the beneficiaries for any sums paid out under the insurance claim. High level summary of the project includes: Undertaken roof repair as there are leaks throughout. Installation of roof insulation and suspended ceiling. Upgrade of all glazing and doors (including fire doors). Strip out of existing M&E services/plant. Installation of VRV/VRF system and ASHP. Upgrade of all lighting and ensuring complete electrical installation is ATEX/DSEAR compliant. Note, a Stage 3 design and report will be provided and we would expect a stage 4 design/report before we progress with the build stage.

The overarching goal of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) and its companion opportunities is to establish the Precision Medicine with AI: Integrating Imaging with Multimodal Data (PRIMED-AI) Program to support development of innovative, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable multimodal AI-based clinical decision support (CDS) tools. PRIMED-AI CDS tools are based on the integration of clinical imaging with other types of multimodal health data to enhance care for patients with a wide range of health conditions. The PRIMED-AI Program seeks to catalyze the adoption of AI-based CDS tools into clinical workflows to enable novel personalized medicine strategies that address significant health challenges. The purpose of this NOFO is to solicit applications for the design, development, and preliminary validation of robust frameworks for the application of multimodal-artificial intelligence (AI) models for clinical use. Frameworks developed through these awards would populate a "playbook", defined as a collection of actionable guidelines, standardized protocols, and/or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reliable and effective development and deployment of multimodal AI tools. This funding opportunity aims to support high risk clinical trials for the development of in vivo high-resolution structural and functional imaging technologies for the living human inner ear. Proposed projects should focus on improving the resolution of current imaging techniques or developing new imaging techniques that can visualize inner ear structures in vivo with significantly greater detail and accuracy than currently possible. Structural and functional aspects, including visualizing dynamic elements, are important to developing new and improved techniques. Projects may also focus on developing new imaging probes or contrast agents that can enhance visualization of the inner ear structures. Research supported in response to this RFA is expected to significantly advance the ability to visualize auditory and vestibular components, such as hair cells, otoliths, membranes, ions, and vasculature, in detail in awake patients in a clinical setting using non-invasive techniques. To achieve this goal, a multidisciplinary team approach that takes advantage of the expertise of each team member is highly encouraged. Studies in humans must be proposed to develop,advance, or test the needed technology. Any intermediate studies must articulate a clear path of the proposed methodology to application in awake humans or define the limitations and the usefulness in anesthetized humans.
