The Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) provides funding to public, private and third sector applicants, to support improvements to existing district heating or communal heating projects in England and Wales that are operating sub-optimally and resulting in poor outcomes for customers and operators. Projects can apply to HNES for either revenue or capital grant funding: Revenue grants – grants to fund procurement or mobilisation of external third-party support to carry out Optimisation Studies. These studies will assess heat network projects to identify causes of sub-optimal performance and recommend costed intervention or improvement measures. Capital grants – grants to part-fund the delivery (installation) of eligible intervention/improvement measures.

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to establish a Provider List, using a Framework under the Light Touch regime of the Procurement Act 2023, of organisations who are able to provide commissioned placements of children and young people with Alternative education (Provider). These services will cover the requirements for Alternative Provision placements of children & young people (Learners) made directly on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council with, subject to internal governance approval and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, additional scope to include Local Council maintained Schools, or Free Schools and Academies (Contracting Council) within Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas if they wish to use it. Providers that are successful in demonstrating that they are able to meet the Council's standards, as set out in the service specification, will be added to the Provider List and will be awarded onto the Framework under the appropriate Lot and will be subsequently invited to offer places that match the needs of the Learners. Providers will be expected to evidence the quality of their provision by participating in regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks that will be carried out on behalf of the Contracting Authorities. Utilities) & IEP Depot Temp. / Permanent Road & Retaining Wall Scope of Works: Working in partnership with HS2, the BBVS Joint Venture is responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the HS2 Old Oak Common station in West London. The station is the London interchange station of the UK's second high-speed railway. It will be located on the site of the now demolished Old Oak Common Railway Depot, bounded by the Crossrail Depot to the north, the London Overground West London line to the east, the Intercity Express Programme Depot to the south and Old Oak Common Lane to the west. HS2, Great Western Main Line (GWML), Crossrail and Heathrow Express services will be served by the new Old Oak Common Station. HS2 Old Oak Common Station will provide a state-of-the-art gateway to London and the wider area, with efficient intermodal interchange with rail, taxi, cycle and pedestrian modes. Old Oak Common Lane highways package involves all the lowering, widening and realignment of the Old Oak Common Lane highway, inclusive of temporary / permanent access routes, removal of redundant utilities, installation of final utilities and civils works along Old Oak Common Lane and Wells House Road (incl. retaining walls). BBVS is seeking to contract under NEC3 Option A with a contractor to deliver Old Oak Common Lane highways package of works that includes the following elements in summary: i. IEP Depot temporary & permanent access route (incl. retaining wall construction / realignment) ii. Old Oak Common Lane highway lowering, widening & realignment (incl. street furniture, lighting and signage) iii. Removal of all redundant utilities within the highway iv.
