We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and accredited Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), Self-Lay Providers (SLPs), and multi-utility contractors to deliver contestable utility connection works across several active construction sites in London. Please note that the estimated contract value shown is based on a per site average. The works encompass the design, procurement, excavation, installation, testing, and commissioning of primary utility infrastructure for: - Power (HV/LV distribution and substation connections) - Water (Main tapping, metering, chlorination, and adoption prep) - Telecommunications (Ducting, chambers, and fibre integration) SCOPE OF WORKS BY UTILITY a) Power Infrastructure: - Installation of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) cables. - Substation base construction, transformer positioning, and jointing. - Delivery of contestable works under UK Power Networks (UKPN) adoption standards. b) Water Infrastructure: - Main connections, boundary box installations, and site distribution pipework. - Pressure testing, chlorination, and water sampling under Thames Water / Affinity Water standards. c) Telecoms & Communications: - Installation of Openreach / Virgin Media / Altnets compliant ducting and footway chambers. - Cable pulling, lead-in installation, and box terminations. LONDON OPERATIONAL CONSTRAINTS & SITE CONDITIONS Contracts will take place in high-density urban environments. Bidders must demonstrate proven capability in managing: - NRSWA Compliance & Highway Authorities: Securing Section 50/171 licenses, managing Traffic Management (TM) schemes, and adhering to London Borough / TfL permit systems. - Sub-surface Utilities: Operating in congested underground service environments utilizing PAS 128 (Type B/A) utility mapping and GPR scanning prior to excavation. - Low Emission Requirements: Compliance with London's NRMM (Non-Road Mobile Machinery) emissions standards and FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Silver/Gold for site deliveries. CONTRACTUAL STRUCTURE We reserve the right to award this scope as a single multi-utility package or split the requirements into trade-specific lots (Water, Power, Telecoms) depending on response quality.

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Client), is seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver painting and decorating works under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The Contract will also be made available to VIA East Midlands Ltd (Participating Organisation). The scope of works will include the provision of painting and decorating services across a varied portfolio of operational and commercial properties across the operational estate that manages on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and other customers. Works will be undertaken at sites located across Nottinghamshire (main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The contract is expected to commence in February 2027 for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to two additional periods of two years each, up to a maximum potential end date in 2033 (2+2+2 = 6 years). The estimated total value of the contract over its full potential duration is approximately £780,000 (inclusive of VAT). This only an estimate and the award will be based on the outcome of the tender process. This procurement will be carried out as a two-stage process comprising a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT). One supplier will be appointed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Bidders should be made aware that as the Client's main customer is NCC, there is a risk of increase or decrease in the number of sites managed and the types of properties serviced, due to the proposal of local government reorganisation. The Authority reserves the right to amend the procurement timetable, request clarifications, and conduct presentations, interviews or site visits where considered necessary and proportionate.

Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) invites applications for projects to expand, improve, or transform the utility of mammalian cancer and tumor models for translational research. With this NOFO, the NCI intends to encourage submission of projects devoted to demonstrating that mammalian models or their derivatives used for translational research are robust representations of human biology, are appropriate to test questions of clinical importance, and provide reliable information for patients' benefit. These practical goals contrast with the goals of many mechanistic, NCI-supported R01 projects that employ mammals, or develop and use mammalian cancer models, transplantation tumor models, or models derived from mammalian or human tissues or cells for hypothesis-testing, non-clinical research. Grants to state and local entities support federal-state-local partnerships to protect federal judicial officers and their families. Applicants that have existing judicial protection programs should clearly delineate how grant funds will be used solely for federal judges and describe cost allocation methodologies to ensure appropriate separation of expenses. This NOFO will broadly focus on closing the treatment gap for individuals with alcohol use disorder (AUD); within this focus, there are five major areas of emphasis: (1) increasing access to treatment for AUD, (2) making treatment for AUD more appealing, (3) examining cost structures and insurance systems, (4) conducting studies on dissemination and implementation of existing evidence-based approaches to treating AUD, and (5) reducing health disparities as a means of addressing the treatment gap in AUD for health disparity populations.
