Perton Parish Council invite you to submit a TENDER for design and installation of electric radiators within Perton Civic Centre. Electric Radiators - Technical Specification Scope Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electric radiators complete with all accessories, controls, wiring connections, mounting brackets, and fixings required for a fully operational heating system. General Requirements Electric radiators shall be purpose-designed for commercial applications. Units shall be manufactured in accordance with applicable IEC, EN, and local electrical standards. Equipment shall be supplied by an approved manufacturer with a product warranty. Suitable for continuous operation and designed for energy-efficient heating. Controls Each radiator shall be provided with: integrated electronic thermostat, programmable timer, WiFi enabled control Installation Install in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and project drawings. Installation of new Distribution Boards, circuits and local isolation as required. New containment and cabling as required. Provide wall-mounting brackets, maintain minimum clearances from floors, walls, furniture, and combustible materials. Electrical connections shall be concealed where practical. Final installation shall be level, secure, and free from visible defects. Testing and Commissioning Contractor shall: Check operation of thermostats and safety cut-outs. Demonstrate timer and programming functions. Test each radiator under normal operating conditions. Submit commissioning records and test certificates. Submittals The contractor shall provide: Manufacturer's technical data sheets. Product certification and compliance documents. Installation manuals. Warranty certificates.
