Expertise is required in: Transaction advisory and project structuring, including PPP and blended finance Feasibility, financial modelling and economic appraisal Investment pipeline development and project preparation Private sector engagement and investment mobilisation Institutional and embedded delivery support within federal and provincial government bodies Support must strengthen, not substitute for, government capacity, and tools and models must be handed over for continued use. Personnel will work in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar, with travel elsewhere in Pakistan as required.
