Walk Wheel Cycle Trust wishes to commission an area-wide residents' travel behaviour and attitude "push-to-online" survey in up to 16 areas across the UK. The survey will gather data related to travel behaviour, satisfaction and attitudes about a range of issues related to walking, wheeling, cycling and public transport in their area among a representative sample of residents. The successful contractor will design a research methodology and questionnaire tools compatible with the previous methodology and questionnaire, conduct the survey fieldwork, clean and analyse the data and return specified outputs to Walk Wheel Cycle Trust for further analysis and modelling. Walk Wheel Cycle Trust intends to commission for one iteration of fieldwork in 2027. Surveys to take place in 16 areas across the UK. Each survey to secure at least 1,100 respondents. The UK Government's Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers or consortia to deliver technical assistance to the Government of Cameroon. Cameroon, situated within the Congo Basin and home to significant forest carbon resources, is seeking to strengthen its readiness to participate in high-integrity international carbon markets, including Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), and voluntary carbon markets. While the country has considerable potential to generate climate finance through carbon markets and support implementation of its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), key legal, institutional, and operational gaps continue to constrain effective participation. This assignment will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building to support the Government of Cameroon in establishing the governance frameworks, institutional arrangements, and regulatory systems required to operationalise carbon market participation. While the Government of Pakistan has established new coordination arrangements through the National Climate Finance Strategy (NCFS), challenges remain around federal-provincial coordination, implementation tracking, climate finance visibility, and reporting progress against national climate commitments. The assignment will provide targeted technical assistance to support the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC), the Pakistan Climate Change Authority (PCCA), and provincial governments to establish and operationalise a practical federal-provincial coordination and tracking mechanism for NDC 3.0 implementation. The project will strengthen institutional coordination, improve monitoring and reporting of climate actions and investments, build government capacity, and support the mobilisation of climate finance. This Notice of Funding Opportunity is intended to stimulate the development and testing of highly innovative experimental or computational approaches for rare disease diagnosis, that have the potential to make transformative improvements to the current state of the art.

The purpose of component A (8-11 awardees) of this NOFO is to collect high-quality longitudinal data on children and adults with spina bifida (SB) who receive care in specialized spina bifida clinics participating in the National Spina Bifida Patient Registry (NSBPR). The purpose of component B (6-8 awardees) is to implement and evaluate the Urologic Management to Preserve Initial Renal Function Protocol for Young Children with Spina Bifida (UMPIRE) iterative protocol which aims to improve the management of the urinary and kidney systems in infants and young children with myelomeningocele. Building on existing longitudinal data collection, recipients will continue to collect data on patients with SB to better understand health outcomes after interventions and treatments, analyze the data and share findings to identify opportunities for improvement of care. An additional objective for Component B is to finalize the UMPIRE protocol for children 0-10 years old with myelomeningocele. The American Institute in Taiwan Public Diplomacy Section announces an open competition for one cooperative agreement to support the implementation of four Global Cooperation and Training Framework Classic workshops in Taiwan during calendar year 2027. The GCTF is a capacity building platform that brings together government officials, industry experts, academics, and civil society representatives to exchange practical experience and promote professional cooperation on emerging regional and global challenges. Workshop topics will be jointly identified by GCTF partners and may address resilience, emerging technologies, economic security, trusted supply chains, democratic governance, and other shared priorities.
