The anticipated scope for DNWP0073 is indicatively only. The Contractor requires support to the Inside Controlled Area (In-SEP) Decommissioning Operations. This will take the form of the provision of resource, up to 30 Full Time Equivalent (FTE), with an appropriate ratio of blue:white collar resources to be determined by the Subcontractor to best meet the Initial Decommissioning (ID) activities required by the Contractor. A current contract is in place until 31st March 2027 to prove the concept and develop an initial operating capability. This EOI relates to the longer-term works anticipated to commence thereafter, with an estimated duration of 24 months. The tasks undertaken will be broad and varied, and will be located in existing In-SEP and any future In-SEP buildings. Broadly, the Subcontractor will be required to provide Operational Support to the ID capability, build upon the previously developed ID capability, drive future improvements and assist in building scope of ID workload. Specific work and details will be decided by the ID In-SEP, Delivery Board and locally on plant at Plant Operations Control Centres (POCCs). Initial works will include waste removal, waste packaging and despatch and size reduction. Deplanting, involving the removal, lifting, size reduction and transport of redundant plant will also be required. Works will grow and develop in complexity as the capability matures, subject to providing ongoing Value for Money. (VFM) Tasks which meet the definition of 'Construction' (CDM 2015 Part 1 Regulation 2) should now be anticipated and appropriate management and supervision arrangements incorporated. This Contract Opporutnity represents a long-term commitment by the Contractor to further develop the Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) workforce of the Subcontractor to undertake works in uniquely hazardous facilities requiring prior knowledge and experience. The Subcontractor will be responsible for the design of all temporary works, this is anticipated to primarily be access/scaffolding but may also include design of lifting plans. The Subcontractor will ensure a safe sequence is adhered to for all activities. This may require the use of Contractor's structural/mechanical engineer on an ad-hoc basis. The Subcontractor shall integrate and co-ordinate its design with the following design of the Contractor and Others. The Subcontractor shall submit all temporary works plans to the Project Manager for acceptance prior to erection. The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate level of checking and approval for their designs. No temporary works will be erected until the Review Documentation has been authorised by the Project Manager. The primary objective of the project is to re-establish the commercial operations of the fire damaged parts of the Barrow Centre whilst giving due consideration to its surroundings, heritage and constraints. The Barrow Centre comprises the historic service yard and associated buildings for the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, now utilised as a visitors centre for the modern park and gardens. The central U-shaped stable block consists of a two and three storey mixed-use building containing a cafe, shops, workers flats and 2 holiday lets. The fire damaged section of the property forming the focus of this project consists of the split level northern wing containing 2 holiday cottages, Yew Tree Cottage and Horseshoe Cottage, and 2 workers flats, numbers 3 and 6 which in total provided 8 no. bedrooms. The Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is jointly owned by Cornwall Council (CC) and Plymouth City Council (PCC). PCC are the insurance policyholders for the Park and remain the beneficiaries for any sums paid out under the insurance claim. An agreement between PCC and CC is that CC will progress the refurbishment works

High level summary of the project includes: Undertaken roof repair as there are leaks throughout. Installation of roof insulation and suspended ceiling. Upgrade of all glazing and doors (including fire doors). Strip out of existing M&E services/plant. Installation of VRV/VRF system and ASHP. Upgrade of all lighting and ensuring complete electrical installation is ATEX/DSEAR compliant. Note, a Stage 3 design and report will be provided and we would expect a stage 4 design/report before we progress with the build stage.

The GCTF is a capacity building platform that brings together government officials, industry experts, academics, and civil society representatives to exchange practical experience and promote professional cooperation on emerging regional and global challenges. Workshop topics will be jointly identified by GCTF partners and may address resilience, emerging technologies, economic security, trusted supply chains, democratic governance, and other shared priorities. The selected recipient will serve as the implementation partner responsible for comprehensive operational and administrative support, including venue coordination, participant registration, international travel support, interpretation, audiovisual services, workshop materials, vendor coordination, site visits, monitoring and evaluation, and required grant reporting. The purpose of component A (8-11 awardees) of this NOFO is to collect high-quality longitudinal data on children and adults with spina bifida (SB) who receive care in specialized spina bifida clinics participating in the National Spina Bifida Patient Registry (NSBPR). The purpose of component B (6-8 awardees) is to implement and evaluate the Urologic Management to Preserve Initial Renal Function Protocol for Young Children with Spina Bifida (UMPIRE) iterative protocol which aims to improve the management of the urinary and kidney systems in infants and young children with myelomeningocele. Building on existing longitudinal data collection, recipients will continue to collect data on patients with SB to better understand health outcomes after interventions and treatments, analyze the data and share findings to identify opportunities for improvement of care. An additional objective for Component B is to finalize the UMPIRE protocol for children 0-10 years old with myelomeningocele.
