The scope of works comprises the provision of all necessary labour, plant and equipment to undertake pile cropping activities as required across LTC - Kent Roads. The Contract Notice invites offers under the Competitive Process of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations. Swindon Borough Council has a statutory duty to commission open-access sexual and reproductive health services. This will be a single-lot model delivering clinical services, digital access, postal testing, Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) in GPs, outreach and prevention. This model is the preferred option following a structured Preliminary Market Engagement exercise and reflects the shift toward digital-first, outcomes-based, prevention-focused sexual health systems.
