Delivering interventions that support children take part in everyday activities; ensuring they can care for themselves, undertake productive occupations (e.g., writing, learning), play, and have fun. The service will also equip parents/carers, and professionals with the tools and knowledge to support children with illnesses or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This provision will work across Hackney's Virtual School and Disabled Children's Service. This contract will include the provision of Occupational Therapists as part of the Hackney Experts at Hand team, in line with requirements related to the Department for Education's Experts at Hand initiative. This initiative is seeking to improve the capability of mainstream education settings to meet the needs of children and young people with SEND more effectively, by providing a new route to access expert advice and support from health professionals. The contract start date is expected to be 1st April 2027 with an initial term of 3 years, and two extension options each of a year; for a total possible contract length of 5 years.

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to commission an experienced Provider for the delivery of an outcome focussed, high quality and child-centred Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) support service, which will include support for care leavers up to the age of 25. The Council is seeking bids that offer value for money through efficiency and innovative thinking, and Bidders will be required to identify the level of service (hours) that will be provided for the funds available. Nottinghamshire County Council wishes to appoint a single service provider. The scope and nature of the services required by the Council are set out in more detail in the Specification.

The occupational health specialist will be involved in the design stage to promote awareness and ensure occupational health risks are identified and eliminated/controlled during the design stage. Scope includes: 1) Occupational Health Service (OHS) provision for all Colas Rail's Staff Providing the Works. The OHS is accredited by the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS), or independently audited, as agreed with the Project Manager, where accreditation by SEQOHS is not possible; 2) The Supplier provides a suitably qualified and experienced clinical occupational health professional in accordance with below list (point 3), to provide oversight and co-ordination of the OHS provision. The Supplier submits the name, relevant qualifications and experience of the proposed clinical occupational health professional to the Project Manager for acceptance. 3) Clinical and support staff meet the minimum qualifications as listed in the OHS Scope document. 4) The Supplier ensures a suitably qualified occupational clinical health professional attends and participates in a Health Leadership Forum (HLF). Modification 000003: The purpose of this modification is to revise NOFO Part 1. Section I.A.1 is revised to correct the Topic Area 1b cost share to 20% and Section IV.C.2 is revised to delete the Environmental Considerations Summary and Environmental Impact Volume from the Summary of Application Requirements table. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will seek proposals for specific research and development (R&D) projects to improve recovery efficiency from unconventional oil and natural gas reservoirs and to advance technologies for the treatment of flowback and produced water from oil and natural gas production operations. Despite increasing energy for demand, recovery efficiency for oil and natural gas from unconventional reservoirs can average less than 10 percent. This NOFO will enable rapid field deployment of a variety of novel technologies and processes related to improving primary and enhanced recovery with the goal of significantly improving resource recovery and accelerating industry uptake. This NOFO will also support the field testing and validation of water treatment technologies of produced water from oil and natural gas production operations to avoid deep well injection and potential issues with induced seismicity and interaction with underground sources of drinking water.
