​​Renewable Energy Certification Integration in ASEAN​

The Great British Energy (GBE) Supply Chain Fund: Offshore Wind and Networks will award up to £300 million in capital grant funding to build UK manufacturing capacity for key constrained components in offshore wind and enabling electricity networks sectors. Funding must be used to construct new or extend existing manufacturing facilities in the UK. The application window will close 10 December 2026 (or earlier if the Fund's budget is fully allocated).

The Depot Charging Scheme supports uptake of zero-emission HGVs, vans and coaches by part-funding the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots. The first application window ran from 25 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, and will fund 70% of charge point and civil costs, up to £1 million across all sites. The next window is expected to open from 28 October 2026 to 29 January 2027 for projects which may begin from April 2027 and must be delivered by 31 March 2028. Terms and grant rates for this phase are still to be confirmed.

The UK Government's Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers or consortia to deliver technical assistance to the government of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is establishing the foundations for participation in high-integrity carbon markets, including Article 6, CORSIA and voluntary carbon markets. While progress has been made through the establishment of a carbon market framework and supporting governance arrangements, further support is needed to operationalise these systems across government, strengthen institutional coordination, and enable Bangladesh to use carbon markets to support delivery of its NDC 3.0 unconditional mitigation targets. The assignment will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building to strengthen Bangladesh's carbon market governance, authorisation processes, MRV, reporting and institutional readiness. Working with relevant government agencies, including MoEFCC, DoE, the Power Division, Ministry of Finance and other line ministries, the project will support practical implementation of carbon market rules, CORSIA readiness, UNFCCC reporting requirements, and inclusive, high-integrity market participation. Key outputs are expected to include governance and coordination tools, an authorisation and safeguards toolkit, CORSIA readiness and reporting support, a structured government capacity-building programme, and sector readiness briefs identifying future carbon market investment opportunities. The project aims to strengthen Bangladesh's ability to participate in high-integrity carbon markets, unlock climate finance, improve institutional capability, and support implementation of national climate targets. This grant provides landlords with support towards the cost of the purchase and installation of electric vehicle chargepoints at residential properties.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) supports the decarbonisation of homes and small and medium non-domestic buildings in England and Wales. The scheme provides upfront capital grants of up to £7,500 to encourage property owners to replace existing fossil fuel heating with more efficient, low carbon heating systems including heat pumps and biomass boilers.

The Electric Car Grant will support the industry and drivers by reducing the prices of new, eligible EVs priced at or under £37,000.

Pakistan has committed to reducing projected greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2035 through its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) 3.0. Delivering this target will depend heavily on action at the provincial level, where responsibility for many climate-relevant sectors rests. While the Government of Pakistan has established new coordination arrangements through the National Climate Finance Strategy (NCFS), challenges remain around federal-provincial coordination, implementation tracking, climate finance visibility, and reporting progress against national climate commitments. The assignment will provide targeted technical assistance to support the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC), the Pakistan Climate Change Authority (PCCA), and provincial governments to establish and operationalise a practical federal-provincial coordination and tracking mechanism for NDC 3.0 implementation. The project will strengthen institutional coordination, improve monitoring and reporting of climate actions and investments, build government capacity, and support the mobilisation of climate finance. The intervention will also integrate Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations to promote more inclusive climate governance and decision-making. Key outputs are expected to include a federal-provincial NDC coordination framework, a standardised NDC tracking and reporting framework, an interoperability pilot connecting existing government climate and public-sector data systems, operational support for a Tactical Climate Coordination Forum, and a sustainability and scale-up roadmap. The project aims to strengthen Pakistan's ability to implement and report on its climate commitments, improve evidence-based decision-making, enhance transparency and accountability, and create a stronger foundation for attracting climate finance and accelerating NDC delivery across provinces and sectors. The Genomics Research to Elucidate the Genetics of Rare Diseases:innovation (GREGoRi) initiative seeks to accelerate a paradigm shift in rare disease diagnosis by reimagining the tools, molecular technologies and analytical approaches used to identify the causal gene(s) and/or variant(s) underlying rare genetic disorders. This Notice of Funding Opportunity is intended to stimulate the development and testing of highly innovative experimental or computational approaches for rare disease diagnosis, that have the potential to make transformative improvements to the current state of the art.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Program. This opportunity supports states and units of local government, including tribal governments that perform law enforcement functions, in creating and expanding efforts to protect the safety and security of federal judges by preventing the release of covered information about at-risk individuals and their immediate family members to ensure federal judges are able to administer justice fairly without fear of personal reprisal from individuals affected by the decisions they make in the course of carrying out their public duties. Many federal judges' personal information resides in state and local government records, databases, and registries that are publicly accessible and searchable and outside federal control. Grants to state and local entities support federal-state-local partnerships to protect federal judicial officers and their families. Funds awarded under this grant program must be used exclusively for protecting federal judges and their immediate family members as defined in statute. Applicants that have existing judicial protection programs should clearly delineate how grant funds will be used solely for federal judges and describe cost allocation methodologies to ensure appropriate separation of expenses. Expenses that also benefit other judges are acceptable, provided that any costs specific to state, local, or tribal judges are separately tracked and are not charged to this grant.

Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) along with other participating Institutes encourages submission of applications proposing to conduct secondary data analysis and integration of existing datasets and database resources, with the ultimate aim to elucidate cancer risk and related outcomes (e.g., risk prediction or reduction, survival, or response to treatment, etc.). The goal of this initiative is to address key scientific questions relevant to cancer by supporting the analysis of existing clinical, environmental, surveillance, health services, vital statistics, behavioral, lifestyle, genomic, and molecular profiles data. Applicants are encouraged to leverage and perform innovative analyses of the existing data. Applications may include new research aims that are being addressed with existing data, new or advanced methods of analyses, or novel combinations and integration of datasets that allow the exploration of important scientific questions in cancer research.
