Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish two contracts: • Lot 1 Asbestos removal and remediation services • Lot 2 Asbestos analyst services The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) EKFB are looking for a Subcontractor for the design, supply, installation, management and completion of the Claydon Road Overbridge Access Stairs and Hard Slope (hard landscaping) trial works, including all labour, plant, equipment, materials, temporary works, supervision and quality documentation required to deliver the works. Works to include the following elements Review of the proposed product requirements and recommendation of suitable alternatives where applicable.
