We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and accredited Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), Self-Lay Providers (SLPs), and multi-utility contractors to deliver contestable utility connection works across several active construction sites in London. Bidders must demonstrate proven capability in managing: - NRSWA Compliance & Highway Authorities: Securing Section 50/171 licenses, managing Traffic Management (TM) schemes, and adhering to London Borough / TfL permit systems. - Sub-surface Utilities: Operating in congested underground service environments utilizing PAS 128 (Type B/A) utility mapping and GPR scanning prior to excavation. - Low Emission Requirements: Compliance with London's NRMM (Non-Road Mobile Machinery) emissions standards and FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Silver/Gold for site deliveries. he project concerns the refurbishment of the Mount Edgcumbe Barrow Centre following damage sustained to the accommodation block by a fire on the afternoon of 04 February 2025. 3.2. The primary objective of the project is to re-establish the commercial operations of the fire damaged parts of the Barrow Centre whilst giving due consideration to its surroundings, heritage and constraints. 3.3. The Barrow Centre comprises the historic service yard and associated buildings for the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, now utilised as a visitors centre for the modern park and gardens. The central U-shaped stable block consists of a two and three storey mixed-use building containing a cafe, shops, workers flats and 2 holiday lets. The fire damaged section of the property forming the focus of this project consists of the split level northern wing containing 2 holiday cottages, Yew Tree Cottage and Horseshoe Cottage, and 2 workers flats, numbers 3 and 6 which in total provided 8 no. bedrooms. 3.4. The Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is jointly owned by Cornwall Council (CC) and Plymouth City Council (PCC). PCC are the insurance policyholders for the Park and remain the beneficiaries for any sums paid out under the insurance claim. EKFB JV seek EOI's from interested parties with the appropriate experience and resources for the supply of Welfare Equipment (inclusive of Mobile Welfare Accommodation, Welfare Vans, Portable Toilets) to support the delivery of our C23 HS2 project. The 3 areas for delivery are North Chilterns Area and Aylesbury Area (NC2A), Calvert to Greatworth (C2G) and Greatworth to Southam (G2S). EKFB JV is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 6.9km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation. EKFB JV may look to award multiple agreements to suit geographical capability dependent on the response to this EOI, in support of SME's and Local Businesses.

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Client), is seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver painting and decorating works under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The Contract will also be made available to VIA East Midlands Ltd (Participating Organisation). The scope of works will include the provision of painting and decorating services across a varied portfolio of operational and commercial properties across the operational estate that manages on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and other customers. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces up to $10 million to support a National Fund Manager (NFM) to design and manage a Lead-Safe and Healthy Homes Financing Demonstration (the Fund). The Fund will be a national platform to pool public and private capital to accelerate the reduction of residential lead exposure, particularly childhood lead poisoning, and improve housing-related health conditions in low-income communities ("lead-safe and healthy homes activities").While HUD and EPA programs have addressed lead and other environmental hazards in many homes, progress remains slow relative to the scale of need. For example, since 1993, HUD has remediated lead hazards in over 230,000 low-income housing units, but tens of millions of U.S. households continue to face risk from lead and additional residential environmental stressors. Expanding access to private capital alongside public funding is critical to increasing the pace and scale of remediation.Traditional home repair financing remains difficult to access due to strict underwriting, high denial rates, and lender risk concerns, leaving many older homes in disrepair. The Fund will build upon successful local models that combine public and private resources and expand this approach nationally by aggregating capital and supporting local financing programs.The NFM will be responsible for leveraging the initial $10 million in public funds to raise private capital investments, structuring financing mechanisms, and providing technical assistance to support the Fund's operations. The NFM will also be responsible for the distribution of the funds through eligible activities by using no more than $1 million of the federal award for administrative activities, while deploying the remaining capital through loans, grants, and other financial products that flow to state, regional, and local governments and nonprofit organizations selected by the NFM.
