→The Norbury School invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit RFQ (Request for Quotes) proposals for the replacement of the existing failed artificial grass surfacing and associated groundwork works at the School premises. A drainage system will also be part of the works. The project must be programmed to commence immediately following the end of the School summer term in July 2026 and achieve full practical completion prior to the commencement of the September 2026 term to avoid disruption to School operations, staff, pupils, and visitors. The estimated resurfacing area is approximately 565 square metres. The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, plant, materials, temporary works, transport, testing, certification, waste management, and all associated works necessary to complete the project in accordance with this specification and all applicable UK legislation, standards, and health and safety requirements.
