Expected Outcome: This call for proposals supports implementation of the following key principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights: (3) equal opportunities; (5) secure and adaptable employment; (6) wages; (7)information about employment conditions and protection in case of dismissals; (8) social dialogue and involvement of workers; (10) healthy, safe and well –adapted work environment and data protection. The general objective of this call for proposals is therefore contributing to the implementation of the key principles of the pillar in the area of posting of workers. Expected Outcome: The general objective of the call is to further develop the social enterprise finance market by supporting the social finance intermediaries to provide the needed capital to social enterprises and mission-driven enterprises. In this direction, the call builds upon previous similar calls and aims above all to support social finance intermediaries who undertake long-term risk capital investments in social enterprises and mission-driven enterprises . Therefore, the key objective of the present call of proposals is to catalyse risk capital investments below EUR 1 000 000 that otherwise would not happen in the area of social enterprise finance. The call aims to support the transaction costs for these low value investment tickets and thus to help to overcome the identified market failure / mismatch in the social investment market . Expected Outcome: The primary aim of this action is to create the conditions for a sustained dialogue between policymakers and individuals with lived experience of poverty, ensuring that those directly affected by poverty and/or social exclusion have a real and influential voice in the decisions that shape their lives. A core objective is to empower participants by providing them with the tools, confidence, and platforms needed to engage effectively in discussions on challenges related to combating poverty and social inclusion. This will come together with building trust and breaking down barriers between institutions and marginalised communities. The action will create a more inclusive and respectful exchange , where power imbalances are acknowledged and mitigated giving participants a clearer understanding of how policies are formed. Finally, the action will champion intersectionality : efforts will be made to amplify the voices of the most marginalised groups, ensuring that policies account for the diverse and overlapping challenges they face. Expected Outcome: Actions funded under this Call are expected to contribute to: Increased participation of under-represented groups in entrepreneurial activities; Improved access to tailored incubation services and financing opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs facing structural barriers; Enhanced entrepreneurial skills, business readiness and sustainability of supported enterprises; Strengthened cooperation between incubation providers, financial actors and employment or social inclusion stakeholders; Development of innovative, evidence-based approaches, as a possible source of inspiration for other initiatives; Improved knowledge and policy learning regarding effective inclusive entrepreneurship support mechanisms.
