This is a Competed Grant which will be advertised on Find A Grant. The grant will be awarded to a single entity (individual organisation or consortium) to provide the Independent Legal Advisors Service which will provide free, independent legal advice to help victims of adult rape understand, uphold and feel confident in their legal rights. Commissioned Rehabilitative Services General Grant Scheme for support for people with shared protected characteristics or shared experiences or to promote rehabilitation and desistance to support the aims of Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) to protect the public and reduce reoffending. This includes the aims to improve people’s engagement in, and experience of, probation and other rehabilitative activities; to support an individual’s rehabilitation and desistance journey; and to improve HMPPS’ knowledge of which activities work to support people and to encourage rehabilitation and desistance.
