Swindon Integrated Sexual Health Services
→Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Integrated Sexual Health Services. The Contract Notice invites offers under the Competitive Process of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations. Swindon Borough Council has a statutory duty to commission open-access sexual and reproductive health services. This will be a single-lot model delivering clinical services, digital access, postal testing, Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) in GPs, outreach and prevention. This model is the preferred option following a structured Preliminary Market Engagement exercise and reflects the shift toward digital-first, outcomes-based, prevention-focused sexual health systems. The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 9 years. The guaranteed contract value is £13.1m across the initial 5-year contract term and £23.58m across the potential total 9-year contract term. For transparency, this value is presented differently to the indicative value used during Preliminary Market Engagement (PME), where estimated Out of Area (OOA) income was included within the total contract value. Out of Area (OOA) income (estimated at c.£350,000 per annum) is excluded from this value, as it is non-guaranteed, activity-dependent income and not funded through the Swindon Public Health Grant. OOA income, in line with national sexual health cross-charging guidance, will be retained by the provider and mandatorily reinvested to support the delivery of the commissioned service. The exclusion of estimated OOA income does not represent a reduction in the anticipated overall value of service income available to the provider; rather, it reflects the separation of guaranteed commissioner funding from non-guaranteed activity-based income.

The interim provision will include practical delivery, hands on adviser support, follow up, and business readiness -ensuring clear referral pathways, feedback loops, and effective navigation across the ecosystem. ECW wish to secure efficiencies and economies of scale by means of a procurement exercise for meeting the requirements detailed within this documentation. The principle benefits anticipated by ECW in this procurement include; • Ability to maximise opportunities for best value and efficient services • To allow bidders to explore efficiencies, which may be possible by suggesting innovative and cost-effective solutions • Presentation of cost savings to ECW in order to maximise economical operational efficiency and value for money • A resultant contract that meets the tender requirements and supports ECW with their ambition This service would be commissioned on an interim basis for 12 months, with quarterly reviews. This is intended to maintain continuity of business support during the transition to a Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority-led service, while also establishing a scalable model capable of adapting to future devolved arrangements. During the contract life, the successful bidder will need to achieve continuous improvement against KPIs, customer satisfaction and other contract measures. Failure to do so may result in the contract being terminated.

Tender$96KCloses 2026-08-07GBConstructionInstitutional Capacity Enhancement for International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Adoption in Thailand.
→Palladium as the delivery partner for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) funded UK Partnering for Accelerate Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme invites you to submit a quotation for the services detailed in this RFQ. Thailand is currently undergoing a pivotal transition toward the adoption of International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) sustainability disclosure standards, with the goal of elevating its reporting framework to a globally recognised baseline. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as the primary regulator of Thailand's capital market, plays a central role in this process by setting disclosure requirements, supervising listed entities, and ensuring market readiness. Following its established roadmap, the SEC has adopted a phased approach requiring alignment with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, with mandatory disclosure beginning in 2027. This marks a significant milestone, expanding corporate reporting beyond traditional financial metrics to include sustainability-related risks and opportunities material to investors. However, the transition presents substantial supervisory and technical challenges, requiring strengthened internal expertise, enhanced review mechanisms, and robust enforcement processes aligned with international best practice. In response, the Thailand-UK PACT programme has engaged with the SEC to provide targeted technical assistance, building on ongoing collaboration to develop ISSB-aligned guidance and integrate disclosure requirements into the 56-1 One Report framework. The objective of the proposed expert deployment is to strengthen the SEC's regulatory capacity through the design and delivery of structured, regulator-focused training on ISSB-aligned disclosures. This includes developing comprehensive training modules on IFRS S1 and S2 requirements from a supervisory perspective, supported by practical exercises, case studies, and guidance on risk-based review approaches, assessment methodologies, and enforcement responses. The intervention will also reinforce good practices in internal processes, documentation, and coordination to ensure consistency and transparency in supervisory work. Complementing ongoing initiatives supporting corporate preparedness, this effort aims to equip the SEC with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively oversee ISSB implementation by 2027, ensuring coherent adoption across Thailand's reporting ecosystem and contributing to improved transparency, stronger non-financial reporting, and enhanced access to green and transition finance. Interested suppliers/consortia are encouraged to review the RfQ documentation and submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions above by the Close Date and Time. This RFQ includes the following materials: Schedule 1 - Terms of Reference Schedule 2 - Instructions for submission Schedule 3 - Terms and Conditions Annex I - RFQ Response Form Annex II - Budget and workplan template

The scheme is part of a package of proposed measures in the Manchester area that are being designed/planned to boost capacity and resilience, emanating from the Cross Manchester Capacity and Reliability Improvement Study. Tender$87KCloses in 8 daysGBProfessional ServicesLift Off - Q3 - Quieter Neighbourhood Support
→Heathrow Lift Off is a new concept developed in 2022 as an additional way to attract and work with SMEs. We envisage that Lift Off will provide the chance for selected innovative SMEs to meet with and present their products and services to a panel made up of Heathrow and our largest supply chain partner organisations. The participating SMEs will have opportunity to connect with Heathrow and key players in our supply chain. In addition, SMEs will also potentially be able to take part in relevant tenders and win business opportunities following up the event. SMEs chosen for each Lift Off event will be allocated with 25 mins for presentation and Q&A. At Heathrow, we are committed to materially reducing the impact of aircraft noise on our neighbouring communities- recognising that this is not only an operational responsibility, but a critical component of maintaining trust, supporting quality of life, and enabling the long-term sustainability of the airport. The Quieter Neighbourhood Support (QNS) programme is a central pillar of this commitment, delivering targeted, property-level interventions that directly improve the lived experience of residents most affected by noise. Please see the attached documents where you can find more details on this opportunity. The Q3, 2026 Lift Off event is scheduled to be held on 18th September 2026. Additional information: Heathrow reserves the right to decide which SMEs will attend each Lift Off event and completing and submitting this opportunity in CompeteFor does not gurantee selection. By submitting your interest, you are agreeing for Heathrow to share your details with our supply chain.
Tender$67KCloses in 4 daysGBConstructionRydal Mount - Brief for a Feasibility Study
→The Wordsworth Trust invites applications to tender for a feasibility study to identify a future operating model for Rydal Mount, a heritage property located within the Lake District World Heritage Site. Rydal Mount, the Wordsworths' family home from 1813, was acquired by the Wordsworth Trust in March 2026 with the support of The Julia Rausing Trust and the Charlotte Aitken Trust. The purpose of the feasibility study is to identify a preferred option for the future use and sustainable operation of Rydal Mount within the broader activities of the Wordsworth Trust. It will consider how continued public access can be ensured, how the ambitions of the Wordsworth Trust and its partners can be advanced, and how the property can be operated in a financially sustainable way that supports the long-term resilience of the Wordsworth Trust as a whole. The feasibility study will support strategic decision-making by the Wordsworth Trust's trustees and senior leadership team, and it will advance relationships with funders, partners, and other stakeholders. Balancing experimentation with income generation, this is an exciting opportunity to explore a radically different approach to the management and operation of a heritage property in the 21st century. The guide price for this contract is £60,000 including VAT and all expenses. Please submit your proposal by 9am on Friday 24 July (BST) to k.welland@wordsworth.org.uk. Interviews will take place at Wordsworth Grasmere in the week beginning 10 August 2026. Our deadline for completion is the week ending 15 January 2027.
